I’m Lauren, (she/her) a postpartum doula and lactation educator serving the Seattle area.  My mission is to provide compassionate, holistic care and guidance during the fourth trimester and beyond.

The postpartum period is a time of major transition, and my role is to empower, support and nurture your family in the weeks and months after birth. I believe this time is all about going slow, eating well and resting often.

Together, we will create a supportive environment where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby.
